jack herman (middle named after his great grandpa) arrived at 10:33pm and weighed 6lb/3.2oz. he is 19 inches long and, along with joyce, doing great. there will be pictures following sometime but we don't have the proper cable to connect our old camera to the laptop. at the moment he looks a little bit like owen.

Congratulations!!! I can't wait to come and see the little guy. I'm so glad that this didn't go on all night for you Joyce :). I was talking to mom this morning and she asked owen if he knew who was at the hospital with mommy and daddy now. He said, "Jack. . Grandma I wanna go downstairs" :). Gotta love their enthusiasm!! CONGRATULATIONS! Can't wait to come and see him! David said the "a" (as in Jack) sound brightened up the kids names. :)

Well, (as I feared) we obviously love, love, love the name, too. :) I guess now there will be no Jack Penner, huh? Glad your Jack made it safely, and I'm sure he'll do the cute name proud.
Sweet name. Even better than Andrew Lloyd like I thought it would be. Hopefully he lives up to the Herman deal.
